CYAN Kenya maintains strong financial management systems, robust internal controls, and regular external independent financial audits — reinforcing accountability, transparency, prudent stewardship of resources, and full compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

CYAN Kenya maintains robust MEAL systems supporting performance monitoring, accountability, evidence generation, and adaptive management. Through digital data management platforms, the organisation ensures timely, accurate, and disaggregated data collection and use, further strengthened through community-led and peer-reviewed research.

CYAN Kenya is committed to safeguarding, prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH), and responsible data management through comprehensive policies, clear reporting and referral pathways, and survivor-centred response mechanisms. The organisation is registered with the ODPC as both a Data Controller and Data Processor — demonstrating full compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act.
